The 4th Netaji Subhash Memorial Lecture was delivered by a Panel of speakers including Purno Sangma, former speaker of Lok Sabha, Prof Brahma Chellany, strategic analyst, Admiral Arun Prakash, former Chief of Naval Staff and Lt Gen Vijay Oberoi, former Chief of Army Staff. Netaji Subhash Bose INA trust organized the event in association with Vivekananada International Foundation at FICCI auditorium, New Delhi on 23rd January 2010.

A ceremony was organized to commemorate the Birthday of Swami Vivekananda at Vivekananda International Foundation on January 26 2010. Former CIDS Admiral Raman Puri, noted journalist A. Suryaprakash and Ajit Doval, Director of VIF interacted with a group of students.

The former Union Minister and China scholar, Dr. Subramanian Swamy, delivered a talk at the Vivekananda International Foundation on the topic ‘China: Dimension of Threats to India’. He highlighted five dimensions of potential military threats from China and discussed the vulnerabilities of China.
