VIF in conjunction with the Heritage Foundation organized QUAD PLUS Dialogue on 8-10 December 2013 at Canberra, Australia. Following think-tanks participated in this event : -

(e) Yuchengco Centre, De Salle University, Manila, Philippines
(f) University of Sydney, Australia

In all, 16 participants took part in the deliberations which included discussion on different facets as given below: -

(b) Maritime Security and International Law
(c) Land Borders and Security
(d) Quad Plus: Roles for other Regional Players
(e) Reconciling Strategic Visions

VIF was represented by Ambassador Kanwal Sibal, Lt. Gen. Ravi Sawhney and Mr. R. N. Ravi.
