Himani Pant is an Associate Fellow at the Vivekananda International Foundation. She focuses on the domestic and foreign policy of the European Union and Russia. She has done her M Phil in International Relations from the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). Her M Phil dissertation focused on the asylum debate in Germany in the early 1990s. She has also submitted her doctoral thesis on “The European Union and Russia in their Common Neighbourhood: A Case Study of Georgia and Ukraine, 2004-2016” in JNU. Previously, she worked as a Junior Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation, New Delhi.
