Shaurya Agrawal was a research intern (Aug 2020 - Feb 2021) at Vivekanand International Foundation. He has done his bachelors in Business Administration from Amity University, and his Masters in International Relations and Diplomacy from Leiden University in The Netherlands. His Master’s Thesis was a comparative study of a terrorist organization (Taliban in Afghanistan) and a drug cartel (Los Zetas). Previously he interned at the Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies at Leiden University. His research interests include geopolitics of international organizations, proto state actors and their influence, use and effects of soft power and digital diplomacy.
